The Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs) are grappling with serious issues, including lack of transparency in fund utilization, infrastructure deficiencies, teacher shortages, and safety concerns. A recent NCERT evaluation revealed underutilization of funds, inadequate facilities, and poor working conditions for wardens, all of which undermine the educational experience.
