NCRTC unveils first look of Meerut intercity metro, set to open next year

Shalabh Goel of NCRTC revealed Meerut metro’s commuter-centric features at the RRTS depot in Duhai. It will operate on the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut line, covering a distance of 23 km with 13 stations. The project is advancing swiftly and is expected to be fully operational by 2025 at a cost of Rs 30,270 crore.
