NEET aspirant kills self, 27th suicide since last year

A 19-year-old NEET aspirant from UP’s Moradabad, preparing for the medical entrance examination at a coaching institute in Kota for over a year, was found hanging from the ceiling fan in his hostel room in New Rajiv Gandhi Nagar area on Tuesday night. This is the first case of suicide by a coaching student in the city this year, but depicts gross apathy and failure of the district administration to enforce the guidelines introduced to prevent such incidents.
