Neighbour kidnaps girl to make father repay Rs 5,000 dues

A 45-year-old man was arrested in Ghaziabad for kidnapping his neighbour’s 7-year-old daughter and demanding a ransom of Rs 5,000. He took the girl to Jhansi by train and was apprehended in Ghaziabad railway station by cops.
