No global sanction against ‘banned’ Tom Craig, can play in Hockey India League

Australian hockey player Tom Craig, banned for 12 months by Hockey Australia following a drug-related incident at the Paris Olympics, is free to participate in the Hockey India League as his suspension applies only to events sanctioned by Hockey Australia, allowing him to join the Tamil Nadu Dragons who bought him at the HIL auction for INR 20 lakh.
