North India to reel under fog, cold wave for 3-5 more days

IMD predicts 3-5 more days of cold wave and foggy conditions in north and northwest India due to lack of active western disturbance, El Nino conditions, and strong jet stream winds. Jet streams are bands of strong wind impacting weather. Minimum temperatures have been below 4 degree Celsius since Jan 12.
