Odisha CM Mohan Majhi announces approval of Subhadra scheme for women

Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi announced the approval of the Subhadra scheme for women’s empowerment in Odisha. The initiative, set to run from 2024 to 2029, will provide financial aid to over 1 crore women aged 21 to 59. Eligible recipients will receive Rs 10,000 annually, dispersed in two instalments on Rakhi Purnima Day and International Women’s Day.
