Opposition bloc may pull out from panel to aid pro tem Speaker

Amid ongoing opposition agitation indicating unrest in the newly constituted Parliament, the INDIA anti-BJP alliance is poised to withdraw its three members from the panel assisting the pro tem Speaker. This move is a protest against the government’s decision to overlook K Suresh of Congress, the senior-most member in Lok Sabha, for the ceremonial post.
