Pak protestors call off march in PoK

Protesters in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir ended their demonstration demanding subsidised wheat flour and reduced electricity tariffs. The Awami Action Committee announced the govt’s acceptance of demands, supported by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. Clashes with police and Rangers resulted in casualties. The protests coincided with an IMF mission warning of social unrest and fiscal challenges.
