Pitbull mauls boy to death, owner held

In Goa’s Anjuna, a pitbull dog owner has been arrested for negligence after the dog attacked and fatally injured a 7-year-old boy. The incident occurred when the dog was left unleashed. The victim, who was receiving treatment at Goa Medical College, did not survive. The owner is charged under Section 106(1) for causing death by negligence.
