PSU to build Rs 15,000 crore township in Srinagar

The National Buildings Construction Corporation announced its plan to develop a new satellite township near Srinagar over 406 acres. This project, with a Rs 15,000 crore investment, would include residential plots, luxury villas, and commercial spaces. The township aims to be completed in five years and will also feature a five-star resort and affordable housing units.
