Puja Khedkar moves HC against cancellation of her candidature by UPSC

Puja Khedkar challenged her candidature cancellation by the UPSC in the Delhi High Court. Represented by Senior Advocate Indira Jaising, Khedkar argued that she only received a press release and not the official order. The court granted her the liberty to approach an appropriate forum. UPSC agreed to provide the official order within two days.
