Punjab and Haryana high court denies relief to Haryana Congress MLA’s son in laundering case

The High Court has refused Congress MLA Dharam Singh Chhoker’s son, Sikander Singh Chhoker, relief in a money laundering case where he is accused of diverting Rs 360 crore from homebuyers in Gurugram. Sikander is in custody after evading arrest for months. The case involves his real estate firm Sai Aaina Farms Pvt Ltd.
