Punjab farmers force govt official to burn crop residue

The official, Public Works Department (PWD) Sub Divisional Officer (SDO) Harpreet, tried hard not to burn the collected residue but the farmers insisted for it and forcibly handed over match box to him to start the fire. The official had to act as their diktats.
