Raghav Chadha moves Delhi HC against bungalow eviction order

Aam Aadmi Party MP Raghav Chadha has filed a plea in the Delhi High Court to challenge a district court order that allowed the Rajya Sabha Secretariat to evict him from his government-allotted bungalow. The court hearing is scheduled for Wednesday. Chadha was allotted a bungalow in September 2022, but the allotment was canceled by the Rajya Sabha Secretariat in March 2023. The district court had earlier restrained the secretariat from removing Chadha from the bungalow, but later vacated the order.
