Raigad police crack down on illegal activities ahead of Maharashtra polls 2024

In light of the Assembly General Election 2024, Raigad district police have taken significant steps to curb illegal activities. They have seized over 55,188 litres of illegal liquor, 2,474 gutka packets, and arrested numerous suspects for drug and counterfeit goods offenses. Notably, a large consignment of silver and gold worth Rs 5.20 crores was confiscated.
