Rajasthan Royals pick paan stall owner’s son Shubham Dubey for Rs 5.8 crore

Shubham Dubey, a hard-hitting batter, was promised a cheque of Rs5.80 crore by Rajasthan Royals to play for them in the 2024 IPL season. Dubey’s impressive performance in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy showcased his talent and big-hitting prowess. He scored 222 runs in seven matches with a strike rate of 187.28 and an average of 73.76. Dubey expressed gratitude towards Sudip, his mentor, and Romi Bhinder, the representative of Rajasthan Royals, for recognizing his talent.
