Remind doctors they can’t strike without court’s permission: Madhya Pradesh high court

The Madhya Pradesh high court reminded respondents to adhere to its 2023 order prohibiting doctor strikes without its permission, in a petition regarding the Junior Doctors’ Association’s strike protesting a Kolkata doctor’s murder. The state government, Gandhi Medical College dean, and JUDA are respondents, with the next hearing scheduled for August 2024.
