Rentals spike around office hubs, put many in tight spot

Rentals in the Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills areas of Hyderabad are mostly unaffordable, with prices ranging from 52,500 to 1,45,000 INR per month. In comparison, the cheapest rents are found in Himayatnagar at 13,500 to 19,000 INR per month. The demand from employees has caused a 6% increase in rentals in selected localities near office hubs. Office rentals in locations such as Hitech City, Raidurg, and Madhapur have also seen growth.
