Restaurant staff in Dehradun held for hiding phone in ladies’ washroom

A housekeeping staff member at a Dehradun restaurant, Vinod Mandal, was arrested for allegedly placing a phone in the ladies’ washroom to secretly record guests. Mandal, who had done this twice before, admitted to the crime. His mobile phone was sent for forensic analysis. He was presented before a local court and jailed.
