‘Roller coaster ride’: NCW chief Rekha Sharma steps down as tenure ends

Rekha Sharma concluded her tenure as the chairperson of the National Commission for Women (NCW) after nine years. Sharma began her role in 2018 and played a significant part in gender sensitisation among police.
