‘Salman Khan took on HIV/AIDS role for free in Phir Milenge when the whole Bollywood industry said no,’ reveals producer Shailendra Singh

Salman Khan is widely known for his blockbuster commercial films, but the superstar has also played an HIV/AIDS patient in the 2004 film Phir Milenge, directed by actor-filmmaker Revathy. The film’s producer Shailendra Singh recently shared a video on Instagram, where he revealed that Salman agreed to do the movie for free, while most of Bollywood actors turned it down. The film also featured Shilpa Shetty and Abhishek Bachchan.
