SC extends till November stay on Eidgah mosque survey

The Supreme Court extended its stay on the Allahabad High Court’s order to inspect and survey the Shahi Eidgah mosque in Mathura near Krishna Janambhoomi until November. The stay was granted due to the vague nature of the commission application. The High Court can still continue hearing the civil suit regarding the Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah Mosque dispute.
