SC questions HC order asking Congress to move ITAT over tax

The Supreme Court questioned the Delhi high court for advising the Congress party to approach the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal for an interim stay on a tax demand notice exceeding Rs 100 crore. The court has agreed to hear Congress’s appeal and issued a notice.
