SC tells Delhi HC to expeditiously hear bail plea of Delhi riots accused Sharjeel Imam

The Supreme Court of India has declined to entertain the bail plea of Sharjeel Imam in a terror case related to the 2020 Delhi riots. Instead, it has urged the Delhi high court to expedite the hearing set for November 25. Imam faces charges under UAPA and IPC.
