Sea lion escapes zoo enclosure amid New York floods

A female sea lion named Sally briefly escaped her enclosure at the Central Park Zoo in New York City due to heavy rains and flooding. She safely rejoined the other sea lions in the pool after her escapade. The incident occurred during intense rainfall that caused water levels to rise within the zoo.
