SEBI recommends expelling Satish Kumar for one month

SEBI has recommended a one-month expulsion for Satish Kumar Arya, Managing Director of Steel City Securities Limited, Visakhapatnam, due to allegations of using fake educational certificates. A complaint lodged by former promoter Rajagopal Reddy Guduru led to the investigation. The case is scheduled for its next hearing on April 16, 2025.
