The US Space Force and SpaceX are preparing for the launch of the seventh mission of the X-37B space plane. The X-37B, a Boeing-built space plane, is scheduled to ride atop a Falcon Heavy rocket from Nasa’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The previous mission, OTV-6, lasted 908 days in Earth’s orbit. The upcoming OTV-7 mission is shrouded in secrecy, but it will include the Seeds-2 experiment by NASA. This mission marks a shift as it is the first X-37B mission launched using the Falcon Heavy rocket.
