Seer on cow protection mission denied Arunachal, Nagaland entry

Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati’s campaign advocating a ban on cow slaughter faced roadblocks in Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland. Authorities in both states denied him entry, citing concerns about public unrest and constitutional provisions. The seer was asked to return to Guwahati after being stopped at airports in both states.
