Selfie before suicide: Debt-ridden UP couple jumps into canal

A debt-ridden couple from Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, committed suicide by jumping into Haridwar’s Gangnahar canal. They sent a final selfie to an employee before taking their lives. While Saurabh Babbar’s body has been recovered, the search for his wife Mona Babbar is ongoing. A suicide note revealed their financial distress and inability to pay loan interest.
