Sena case pending, CJI should recuse himself: Raut on PM-Chandrachud meet

Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut questioned the appropriateness of such meetings, suggesting it could raise doubts about judicial impartiality, particularly in ongoing cases involving the Uddhav Thackeray group.
