Set timeline, don’t turn it into election jumla: Opposition

Opposition parties sought a timeline for rollout of the bill so that it didn’t turn into an “election jumla”, and an OBC quota. BJP chief JP Nadda replied that the party had done more than Congress for OBC, and said the quota would be a reality in 2029.
