SG balls to be used in Harris and Giles Shield this season

For the first time in Harris and Giles Shield inter-school cricket tournaments, SG cricket balls—widely used in Indian Test matches—will replace the Tugite balls due to quality concerns. The Harris Shield tournament kicks off on November 4 with a record participation of 187 schools, while the Giles Shield sees 174 schools competing.
