Shanghai’s airports are cancelling hundreds of flights as Typhoon Bebinca nears, set to make landfall early Monday. Authorities have suspended travel on some bridges and restricted highway movement. Winds could reach 151 kph, prompting the evacuation of 377,000 people from Shanghai. Nearby Zhoushan has also shut down public services in preparation.
