Sheetal Devi-Rakesh Kumar pair advances to archery semifinals in Paralympics

Indian duo Sheetal Devi and Rakesh Kumar moved to the semifinals in the Paralympics Mixed Team Compound Open archery event, beating Indonesia’s Teodora Audi Ayudia Ferellyin and Ken Swagumilang 154-143. They will face Iran’s Fatemeh Hemmati and Hadi Nori next. Sheetal has phocomelia, and Rakesh has a spinal cord injury. Their final performance was a perfect score of 40.
