Shiv Sena (UBT) MLA Aaditya Thackeray ‘adopts’ 9-year-old Pardi rape survivor

Shiv Sena UBT leader Aaditya Thackeray has adopted a nine-year-old rape survivor from Pardi. Senior party member Kishori Pednekar announced this after visiting the family, pledging support for the survivor and her younger sister. The accused, Ganpat Jaipurkar, was arrested after five days. Pednekar demanded capital punishment for him and urged strict legal action.
