Sitharaman chairs pre-budget meeting with ministers of states, UTs

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman chairs the 53rd GST Council meeting at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, with state finance ministers, leading economists, and economic stakeholders for the Union Budget 2024-25. The pre-budget meeting has brought together ministers of State and other important stakeholders. The GST council convened for the first time since the establishment of the new government.
