‘Soil, power scarcity likely to delay convention centre work’

Scarcity of soil and power supply could pose as impediments to chief minister Nitish Kumar’s dream project, a 500-seat convention centre and auditorium coming up in the lap of Valmiki Tiger Reserve (VTR) at Valmikinagar on Indo-Nepal border.
