Standard Chartered extends employee medical benefits to cover menopause

Standard Chartered has introduced medical coverage for menopause-related symptoms for all employees and their partners. By April 2024, over two-thirds of employees will be covered. The bank aims to support women experiencing menopause by providing access to specialized medical practitioners, prescription medication, flexible working policies, and workplace adjustments.
