Stuck in Lebanon for 23 years, Punjab man back home

A man from Punjab returned from Lebanon after 23 years because he had lost his passport there in 2006 and all attempts to return home failed. He was reunited with his family after RS MP Baba Balbir Singh Seechewal took up his case with the MEA.
