Subramanyan’s toys found in flea market
Art collector Trushar Rana stumbled upon a valuable find while browsing a flea market in Vadodara. He purchased nine wooden toys for Rs 100 each, which he believes were made by renowned artist Padma Vibhushan K G Subramanyan. After researching and consulting experts, Rana restored the toys and added them to his collection. Other art collectors have confirmed the authenticity of the toys, which are said to be worth lakhs of rupees. Despite offers from auction houses, Rana and another collector have no intention of selling the precious artworks.
