Suniel Shetty and his son Ahan Shetty purchased a 1200-square-foot property in Mumbai’s Khar area for Rs 8.01 crore. His daughter, Athiya Shetty, and son-in-law KL Rahul also invested Rs 20 crore in a Pali Hill apartment. Suniel Shetty owns multiple properties, including a Khandala farmhouse and a residence on Altamont Road, Mumbai.
