Supreme Court dismisses plea challenging NMC decision on NEET-Super Speciality exam

The Supreme Court dismissed a plea challenging the National Medical Commission’s decision not to conduct the NEET-Super Speciality exam this year. A bench led by Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud deemed the decision ‘fairly equitable’ and maintained the exam schedule. The NEET-SS is for doctors with post-graduate degrees seeking super-speciality courses admission.
