Suspect arrested after allegedly setting 2 fires and driving into 2 shops in Germany

A man has been detained in Essen, Germany for allegedly setting two fires that left 30 people injured and driving a van into two shops. Among the injured were eight children, with two in critical condition. The suspect, a 41-year-old Syrian citizen, was subdued by locals before being arrested by police.
