SUV runs over two sleeping on Mumbai beach, leaves 1 dead

An SUV ran over auto driver Ganesh Yadav, 36, while he was sleeping on Versova beach, leading to his death. His friend, Bablu Shrivastav, narrowly escaped with injuries. The SUV’s driver, Nikhil Jawade, and his friend were arrested shortly after the incident. Blood samples were collected to determine if they were intoxicated.
