Talks on with AAP for alliance in Haryana, says Congress

The Congress is in talks with the Aam Aadmi Party about forming an alliance for the Haryana assembly elections. Any final decision will be made after consulting jailed Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal. The elections are scheduled for October 5, and vote counting will take place on October 8.
