Telangana: BJP’s 1st list of candidates to be delayed, likely on October 18

The Telangana BJP’s first list for assembly polls may be postponed to Wednesday, according to party sources. The list is expected to include 12-30 seats, with names such as Huzurabad MLA Eatala Rajender, Dubbak MLA Raghunandan Rao, and Dharmapuri Arvind being considered. However, there is uncertainty regarding state chief Kishan Reddy and Rajya Sabha member K Laxman. Party leaders have been instructed to provide two names for each seat, which has further delayed the selection process. Dissidents from Congress may also approach the BJP for tickets.
