Telangana tractor driver sentenced to life imprisonment for brutal attack on Dalit boy

Shaik Ahmad, a tractor driver from Yalal in Vikarabad district, received a life imprisonment sentence and Rs 1,000 fine by the Rangareddy district court. Ahmad attempted to kill a Dalit boy in June 2020 to avenge a grudge against the boy’s father. The verdict came after examining eyewitnesses and evidence.
