Telangana’s Kokapet turns top real estate market in India

Hyderabad’s Kokapet real estate market saw an 89% rise in residential prices over the past five years, driven by high demand and substantial new supply. Kokapet added around 12,920 new residential units, with 52% in the ultra-luxury segment. Other areas like Bachupally and Tellapur also experienced significant growth in property prices during this period.
