Thane police arrest man for stalking and harassing schoolgirl

A 30-year-old man in Thane was arrested for repeatedly stalking and harassing an 11-year-old girl. He threatened her and coerced her to get into an auto-rickshaw, causing significant distress. Arrest followed the mother’s complaint. Charges include assault, sexual harassment, stalking, and criminal intimidation under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
